Join us on Fridays at 9 AM for yoga in the big pool! All are welcome in this all levels gentle flow class led by Allison Lorenzen. Exploring yoga poses with attention to alignment and breath, the class incorporates qigong-inspired movements for a flow that is deeply nourishing to the nervous system.

Bathing suits are required. Please hydrate ahead of time and be sure to bring water, sunglasses, and optional hat (beanie), especially during cold weather months.

As an optional add-on, enjoy an additional 2.5-hour soak with access to all pools starting at 10 am.

Yogi, dancer, musician Allison Lorenzen began practicing yoga in 2000, and obtained her first teaching certification in 2006. She has taught in the US and abroad, and is informed by her long term devotion to embodiment, healing, and creative practices including dance, yoga, massage, music, and sound healing.
