Connect to the Unseen — An Intuitive Art Retreat
A weekend of creativity, embodiment & deep inner listening
In the quiet expanse of the Colorado high desert—held by mineral-rich geothermal waters and vast open sky—we gather for an immersive retreat into intuition, creativity, and restoration, guided by artist and therapist Katie Hathor-Jones.
Each day begins with grounding yoga practices designed to bring you back into your body and into presence. From there, we enter the heart of the experience: intuitive artmaking—an embodied, interactive practice for self-connection, reflection, and clarity.
In this space, you are invited to follow your intuitive voice as it leads. With brush or pencil in hand, you respond moment by moment to what arises—color, shape, movement, sensation—allowing the unconscious to surface through spontaneity. No prior art experience is needed; the process meets you exactly where you are.
With the desert landscape before you and the mineral waters holding you, you are invited into a new way of meeting yourself—especially the parts that have long been present yet unspoken—and into listening more closely to what has been waiting to be seen, felt, and understood.
Over the course of the weekend, you practice trusting what moves through you and allowing that trust to reshape your relationship with creativity, emotion, and self-understanding.
