The
Desert Reef Hot Spring is a private family-oriented facility providing
recreational opportunities to its members, their guests and visitors.
The following policies and regulations are intended solely to
ensure the safety and security of all patrons.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED
TO ENGAGE IN ANY LEWD, LOUD, OFFENSIVE OR RUDE ACTIONS, ACTIVITIES
OR BEHAVIORS WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE PRIVACY, SAFETY OR ENJOYMENT
OF ANY OTHER PATRON.
Members and visitors are encouraged to report to the staff any
problems of which they are aware so they may be immediately corrected.
Desert Reef Hot Spring reserves the right to warn, temporarily
suspend, permanently suspend or cancel membership of anyone not
compling with the rules of the hot spring, without refund.
GENERAL POLICIES
Each adult visitor is required to present a photo identification
on their first visit or as needed.
Alcohol may be brought into the facility, but Desert Reef Hot
Spring reserves the absolute right to limit alcohol consumption
by any patron.
No visably intoxicated person will be admitted to the facility.
No unescorted guests will be allowed into the facility.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all
times.
Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children.
No Pets permitted.
No cameras, radios, TVs, cell phones, pagers, computers, PDAs
or other communication or recording devices are permitted in the
facility.
No drugs or other controlled substances are allowed anywhere on
the grounds.
Member acccess to the property is confined to the road, parking
lot and pool compound.
All persons will leave the property at closing.
Camping is prohibited.
Fences, berms and other protective structures may not be climbed
upon or over.
POOL AREA POLICIES:
Note: This is a shallow pool -- no lifeguard is on duty!
No diving at anytime from any location.
No glass of any type is allowed in the pool area. Desert Reef
Hot Spring reserves the right to inspect.
No running or horseplay allowed.
