SPRING & EARLY SUMMER IMPROVEMENTS AT THE REEF

·        Signage on Rt. 120 repainted along with little directional signs along CO 110.

·        More shaded areas added in old volley ball court area and by the pool fence.  A couple of young cottonwood trees continue to grow as well.

·        Large noodles restocked.

·        New pavers laid outside office building leading to pool.

·        Rubber mats for pavement on West side of pool.

·        Front door repainted and screen door put up.

·        Boardwalk around fish pond mended and weeded.

·        Gardens tended to, new baby plants added…most didn’t make it, especially out in the front of the office. 

·        New maintenance help for LJ.

ANTICIPATED IMPROVEMENTS TO BE DONE THIS QUARTER

·        Skins replaced on Greenhouse

·        Boardwalk to pool replaced with pavers

·        Replace damaged chaise lounges. (If anyone has used ones to sell or donate, we would be so happy)
