Here is my RX for Wellness (do the best you can...I mean...THE BEST you can):
WHOLESOME NUTRITION (clean it up)
ADEQUATE DAILY EXERCISE (work doesn't count)
ADEQUATE DAILY WATER INTAKE (divide your weight in lbs. by 2 = ounces needed)
PROPER SLEEP (without background noise and/or light) 8-12 hrs...yep, you heard me right... just
like most creatures of nature!
PRAYER (a Gratetude journal will work) & MEDITATION ( twice daily). DO-able....just CAN DO IT!
PLAY DATE (weekly), preferably with yourself (remember him or her?) and/or with another...just
play (remember when you were kids?)
I'm here to tell you, you start that kind of a program for yourself, and watch the miracles happen!!
